All designs, sketches, trademarks, and garment concepts provided by clients remain their exclusive intellectual property. LA Vestimenta strictly enforces non-disclosure and intellectual property protection across all partner factories.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Prices quoted through our website or sales team are estimates based on initial tech packs and specifications, subject to final yarn, fabric, and manufacturing confirmations.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and relevant international trade standards.
